Artful Discernment

It All Begins Here

If you find yourself at a crossroads right now wondering which way to turn, or if life has dropped a difficult decision in your lap, this half-day experience might be just what you need to move forward into the beauty, goodness, and truth of what's possible for you.

This creativity-centered, 1:1 experience integrates three transformative practices:

  • An artistic immersion at the Denver Art Museum designed around your specific discernment needs

  • An art practice designed to listen to the voice of your intuition

  • A spiritual direction session to sense the invitation the Spirit has for you

Immersion: Divina @ the DAM

Visio Divina (“divine seeing” in Latin) is the slow, meditative contemplation of an artwork, photograph or other visual that invites us to encounter the Divine through imagery. In this guided experience, you'll spend extended time with world class art at the Denver Art Museum, and then you and I will process the experience together paying attention to the sacred shimmerings that surfaced.

Intuition: Insight from Your Inner Artist

This artistic integration combines a guided, contemplative imagination exercise with watercolor, collage, and reflection to surface the deep questions of the soul. The practice will deepen your personal awareness and uncover sacred wisdom for the path ahead.

Invitation: Spiritual Direction Session

In this one-on-one session, we will create space to hear what Love is whispering into your soul. In company with the Spirit, we will listen for holy guidance to help move your discernment process forward.

Combined, these three practices harness the power of creative, contemplative practice to provide the clarity and confidence you need to choose the best path or make the best decision.

This bespoke, 3.5 hour experience is tailored for the dynamics of your unique discernment journey. Centered at the Denver Art Museum and Central Library, it includes museum admission and all art-making supplies. Best of all — no art experience is required! You’ll take with you fresh awareness for the journey ahead and finished artwork to illuminate the path.

Small Steps Create Big Shifts

It All Begins Here

Confidence doesn’t always arrive with a bold entrance. Sometimes, it builds quietly, step by step, as we show up for ourselves day after day. It grows when we choose to try, even when we’re unsure of the outcome. Every time you take action despite self-doubt, you reinforce the belief that you’re capable. Confidence isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about trusting that you can figure it out along the way.

The key to making things happen isn’t waiting for the perfect moment; it’s starting with what you have, where you are. Big goals can feel overwhelming when viewed all at once, but momentum builds through small, consistent action. Whether you’re working toward a personal milestone or a professional dream, progress comes from showing up — not perfectly, but persistently. Action creates clarity, and over time, those steps forward add up to something real.

You don’t need to be fearless to reach your goals, you just need to be willing. Willing to try, willing to learn, and willing to believe that you’re capable of more than you know. The road may not always be smooth, but growth rarely is. What matters most is that you keep going, keep learning, and keep believing in the version of yourself you’re becoming.
