I view practicing spiritual direction as a companionship where I support others in listening to and following the voice of the Divine in their lives. I work to create spaces of hospitality that invite the sharing of personal stories and emotions in an environment of safety and confidentiality. Art and nature are often integrated into my practice as both can be catalysts for a transformational journey.

I have been in direction myself for over ten years, am currently part of the Anam Cara Apprenticeship, and my training practice is under the supervision of Tara Owens. While in the apprenticeship, I offer direction without cost, and meetings can be in-person or online.
